KEY POINTS FROM MODULE 3

– Ancestry and inherited negativity: Physically, we are the biological and energetic end result of the generations that precede us.

– What ancestral love blocks and patterns are you carrying through your family culture and physical body?

– The Male/Female divide, historical patterns of conflict – are you secretly pushing your true love away due to ancient fears?

– Historical fears that block our modern relationships. Sex and pregnancy – times without birth control. Children out of wedlock meant shame. Childbirth could literally be lethal.

– The role of family cords of attachment in sexuality – historical patterns of controlling the younger generation, especially daughters, as they were a source of income through the “dowry” system.

– In past times, marrying off a daughter meant receiving or giving a gift of land, livestock, money or other valuables…

– A daughter having sex before marriage could jeopardize this important source of income, making her a lifelong burden on the family. This was the system for hundreds, if not thousands of years – creating strong energetic cords of control from elders over younger females in the family.

– Did you know scientists can now trace markers of previous’ generations hardships in our modern-day DNA through what’s called “epigenetics”?

– If your ancestors experienced hardship, starvation, suffering or other emotionally / physically intense experiences – this can be traced in your DNA now.

– Stanford University researcher Dr Bruce Lipton has carried out in-depth work on tracing epigenetics – not only mapping them out but researching the role of our individual free will in changing out of negative patterns. He discovered that our inner feeling state and mental intentions are powerful in “switching” on or off damaging markers on our genes from prior generations.

– Negative ancestral “baggage” can keep a person locked in a state of fear or stuckness, blocking their ability to open up to and attracting love. You could say our ancestors laid down powerful energetic “train tracks” that we are locked to, unless we take action to change things.

– Mapping out your ancestry, clearing negativity

– Shifting out of religious based sexual/romantic blocks from times past

– Moving into a healthy, harmonious modern day pattern for love and relationships. Based in mutual trust and love – coming together in love, rather than power and protection.

THE DEPTHS OF HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS

Psychologists have worked extensively with mapping out the human psyche and have discovered that our mind is not merely what we think in our waking awareness on a daily basis.

There are great depths to the unconscious mind, including profound human ancestral contents which shape our feeling life and experiences of life in a negative manner.

To regain a state of positivity and to really feel happy in life, it can be useful to know where any negativity “comes from”. Have a look at this map of the psyche, developed in the Jungian school of psychology.

On a daily basis, most of us are unaware of what happens aside from our persona/ego/self level of experience.

One window into our deeper unconscious content comes through dreams – throughout this process I would suggest you keep track of your dreams by noting down a few key things in the mornings when you wake up, as this will offer valuable insight into what is happening on a deeper level.

Remember that everything we say is in essence an affirmation – our system is always “listening” for instructions. If we say things like “affirmations don’t work for me,” or “men always cheat” or “things never change” those are actually affirmations, that draws more of those very things to us. So keep things positive by affirming what you desire.

Things like: “My positive manifestations are growing day by day. My energy is getting clearer and more high vibrational every day. I am more and more open to love. I love myself more and more wholly every day.”

For maximum benefit with this program, use the Affirmations Audio I’ve provided for a powerful “re-wiring” of your unconscious inner patterns – helping you to uplift into positivity over time.

 

 

Be aware it might sound phoney to start with, like you don’t believe what’s being said and that it feels strange or irritating to be listening to it. If this is the case for you, it’s a sign that your unconscious dialog and current beliefs go against what’s being said.

This means it’s extra important for you to address this part of the equation in love. Throughout life you could say we’re “brainwashed” by the culture and habitual points of view we’re surrounded with. To experience happiness and satisfying love and relationships it’s imperative to change this around.

Know that even if it feels strange to begin with – as you continue to listen to the affirmations audio, you are reclaiming your inner mind, positively “brainwashing” yourself back to what serves you rather than what’s been holding you back.

To energetically and symbolically mark the beginning of a new era for you, we will be writing up a new contract for love for you – closing the chapter where you might have been living out the negativity of ancestral programming.

As I mentioned in the session audio for module 3, I understand that it can feel heavy to be alerted to potential negativity and serious struggles from past times.

This week, do your best to not let this work and focus pull you down – see it as if we’re doing a spring clean in your being. Let’s be grateful for how modern life affords us many new and positive opportunities our ancestors did not have!

If you feel heavy, make sure you connect to the light and clear the heaviness. And do try to surround yourself with positivity – listen to some of your favorite music, watch some funny TV shows if you feel so inclined, go to the gym or for a walk, spend some time with your pet or friends…

Be kind to yourself and know the work we’re doing in this process will soon begin to translate into powerful inner shifts into increased happiness and lightness, as well as real world results with love and relationships.

For now, you’re “in process”, things are in flux in your energetic system so do stay on top of the sessions and know that within a few short weeks you’ll be on a completely new and higher level than before – and I’ll be there with you each step of the way.

I’ve seen so many clients’ lives change for the better with these methods, and I can’t wait to hear from you when you begin to experience the positive changes too. I believe in you!

P.S If you for any reason experience heaviness or triggering after a clearing session, know that this simply means you have begun to shift old negativity and that a block is moving out of your system – what you’re feeling is the old stagnant negativity moving out, which is great! Know 100% that it gets easier and easier along the way, and there are simple ways to address any discomfort if it should occur.

To remedy: If you feel any discomfort, make sure you connect to the light 300 feet up and down to the center of the planet – visualize yourself standing in a pillar of light, and allow the light to vacuum out of you any of the negativity that’s being released, until you feel a shift. Allow yourself to stay connected to the light at all times so that it supports you and helps you shift out of negativity by vacuuming it out on an ongoing basis. Allow the light to fill your entire being with a feeling of safety, warmth, comfort. Know that any discomfort is temporary.

To help your system integrate the new upgrades and changes and shifts, it is highly beneficial to drink a lot of water (8 big glasses a day is recommended) in order to oxygenate your physical cells and help flush out any toxins from the physical plane of your being. Getting plenty of rest, and making sure you do some mild exercise regularly also helps you shift out of the “baggage” with more ease. Showers are also very healing, and you might want to visualize showers of divine light “cleaning” your energetic being while the water rinses your body.

You can always call on your higher self to help make the process of shifting out of negativity as blissful and
happy and swift as possible. Lastly, please know that triggering and heaviness is not common after energy clearings, and do not fear that you’ll suffer “side effects”. For the most part, it is completely hassle free.

Remember that you’re an infinite being and any negativity is simply “dust bunnies” you’re clearing out of your being – it’s not dangerous in any way! You’re of course allowed to have a break if you feel like you need some time to integrate the changes and upgrades. Use your intuition to guide you, and know that over time your vibration will be rising and rising, bringing you into alignment with more and more positivity!
