Essential Info For Module 5:

 

Your body is your “home” in the world – to fully enjoy blissful love and sexuality, it’s essential to reach a level of harmony with your body.

However, we are surrounded by information and beauty ideals that suggest that we’re not good enough, and that we are not deserving of romance or being happy ever after. If you see social

media posts or magazine articles or tv shows that make you feel bad about yourself – click away, flip the page, change the channel. Please don’t torture yourself. It only hurts you.

In energy terms we get more of what we focus on, so when we focus on flaws unfortunately we are “giving” energy to them and attracting more of the same… In order to ‘unlock our full beauty’ it’s essential to shift away from the negative focus and start appreciating our good sides.

Can you be kinder to your body in how you speak about it or to it?

Note down 10 ways your body is positive for you in life

10 things you have been joyously able to do with your body.

For example, you’re great at playing tennis and you love it, or you love cooking and it’s amazing to get to taste good food and drink, or you have a pet and it feels so good to ruffle their fluffy fur and see them enjoying your time together…

 

 

EVERYDAY BOOSTERS:

Every day when you’re in front of the mirror – notice how you look at yourself and your inner commentary. Are you critical of yourself or are you kind?

Turning Negativity Upside Down:

Any time you notice a so-called “flaw” – take your attention away from it instantly and focus on something you are happy with instead. Focus on the positive(s) until you feel your mood

shifting for the better. Do this every time you catch yourself being critical – be vigilant.

 

 

PLAY EXERCISES:

VISIONS OF ROMANCE

Make a vision board or a photo album on your phone (anywhere private is fine, you don’t want other people’s energy to get involved) for good photos of yourself. Find at least one photo of

yourself where you feel really good about how you look in it. I know there must be at least one – it

doesn’t matter if it’s 10 years old or more, and sure you can use one that’s been “doctored” a little

to remove blemishes or make your skin look smother. It’s preferable if you’re not with someone in

the image as this could complicate your perception and energetic reaction to it. It’s all about you now.

This is all about awakening your feeling of being attractive and sexy in yourself – as long as you’re the person in the photo, that’s the most important thing! We’re awakening in you the subconscious pattern of being and feeling sexy, attractive, desired, loved. So you can attract that more and more!

Look at this photo or photos often so you feel good. Our internal imagery about ourselves largely controls how attractive we feel we are around others and what energy we send out, so deliberately feed yourself positive stimuli.

Give yourself a positive inner “image” of how you look, and you’ll feel better every day.

BONUS: Can you dress to feel extra sexy or beautiful/handsome this week? What kinds of garments or hair styles or perfume make you feel sexy? Is there a particular type of food or place or music that make you feel sexy? Bubble baths? The gym? 90s R&B or early 60s bossa nova? Pink satin panties or black silk?

Indulge! Make sexiness a part of your life and watch magic begin to happen!

 

 

NURTURING SENSUALITY

Seek out stories, images, memories, future visualizations of your ideal sexual love situations – even if they don’t involve full-on sex… If you crave romance, find a romance novel that captures the

sizzle you’re after…

 

If you feel a bit dull or uninspired in the bedroom, see if there’s a loving erotic film or site you could investigate (there are “adult” films made by women for women these days – see if you find anything you like, and if not, let your own mind create an appealing scenario) … Let your imagination be fuelled, pique your passions…

What would your ideal lovemaking surroundings be like with your perfect partner? A lush garden, a luxurious master bedroom, a cloud in heaven, the back seat of a car…? No judgment!

Find your ideal, what makes you feel excitement not only sexually but emotionally – the goal here is to arouse your heart and your body both.

And if you haven’t met your ideal lover yet – take a few minutes to consider what you would want them to be like in the bedroom. How would they move, how would they kiss, how would they speak? How would they dress, or undress? What would they love about you and how would they express it? What would their body be like? How would they treat your body?

 

 

And if you are already in a relationship:

Take a few minutes to think about your most enjoyable experiences together. Get into the feeling of excitement and being in the moment. When you first met and fell in love, what attracted you the most to them?

What about their actions, mannerisms, appearance, body, sexuality lit a fire in you? How did they make you feel? And how can you reignite this passion in your life now? One idea could be to mention these positive memories to them during a suitable moment…

Let your imagination and your passion guide you!

Have fun with these exercises! This week, allow yourself to get into a blissful state of dreaming, enjoying sensuality and sexuality. Explore what lights *your* fire, discover where your emotional

and mental sweet spots for sensuality lie – getting to know what you will enjoy and thrive with long term.

This will help you stay in a powerfully attractive state to continued real life love and intimacy!

P.S If you for any reason experience heaviness or triggering after a clearing session, know that this simply means you have begun to shift old negativity and that a block is moving out of your system – what you’re feeling is the old stagnant negativity moving out, which is great! Know 100% that it gets easier and easier along the way, and there are simple ways to address any discomfort if it should occur.

To remedy: If you feel any discomfort, make sure you connect to the light 300 feet up and down to the center of the planet – visualize yourself standing in a pillar of light, and allow the light to vacuum out of you any of the negativity that’s being released, until you feel a shift. Allow yourself to stay connected to the light at all times so that it supports you and helps you shift out of negativity by vacuuming it out on an ongoing basis. Allow the light to fill your entire being with a feeling of safety, warmth, comfort. Know that any discomfort is temporary.

To help your system integrate the new upgrades and changes and shifts, it is highly beneficial to drink a lot of water (8 big glasses a day is recommended) in order to oxygenate your physical cells and help flush out any toxins from the physical plane of your being. Getting plenty of rest, and making sure you do some mild exercise regularly also helps you shift out of the “baggage” with more ease. Showers are also very healing, and you might want to visualize showers of divine light “cleaning” your energetic being while the water rinses your body.

You can always call on your higher self to help make the process of shifting out of negativity as blissful and
happy and swift as possible. Lastly, please know that triggering and heaviness is not common after energy clearings, and do not fear that you’ll suffer “side effects”. For the most part, it is completely hassle free.

Remember that you’re an infinite being and any negativity is simply “dust bunnies” you’re clearing out of your being – it’s not dangerous in any way! You’re of course allowed to have a break if you feel like you need some time to integrate the changes and upgrades. Use your intuition to guide you, and know that over time your vibration will be rising and rising, bringing you into alignment with more and more positivity!
