Owl spirit animal has been a powerful ally to spiritual seekers for millennia, and today I’m sharing its message and what it means if Owl is crossing your path in symbolic or physical form.
On my own journey, Owl spirit animal has been a beautiful and special guide, and I often hear “him” outside my house late at night hooting.
It’s one of my favorite sounds, the calm and soothing “whoo-whooo” from his beak, ruffling the feathers by his beak.

You may know that Owl is associated with the dark, and some people get worried about this. In my experience, there is no need to be afraid of Owl, as they truly are a light IN the dark.

In Ancient Greece, Owl was the animal companion of Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom, War Strategy and the most powerful female deity.
Due to its clever hunting skills and being able to see clearly through the dark, Owl has been associated with wisdom and clear-sightedness in many cultures.

As a “guardian of the night”, Owl is also closely associated with intuition and the night time energy of the “void” – spiritual insights and the sowing of manifestation seeds in the fertile space when the light of the conscious Sun and day time is gone.
Spiritually, Owl is a magician energy, and their gift is deep wisdom of remembering the codes of our own soul mastery.
If you ever get close to Owl (ethically, respectfully), their aura holds sacred coding and powerful light of advanced soul understanding.

Seeing Through Illusion
You are being reminded and encouraged that you are a soul of immense wisdom and experience, capable of navigating through any seeming challenges.
You are also being reminded not to take things at face value, as the “daytime world” is full of the agreed upon illusions of culture and human habits.
In some way, your journey goes beyond “normal”, and Owl is a guide showing you that there is much more for you than what it may seem like on the surface of your human life.
If you have accepted limiting beliefs about who you are, Owl may also show up to tell you to release the lies and open to the deep and powerful truth about who you are – a magnificent soul with so much potential and such immense ability.

Like Owl is elusive and often doesn’t let us see him clearly, your soul gifts and power may not show themselves to you openly or come with ease. Just like owl dwells in the darkness, your soul’s messages or path may not be obvious.
