Today I’m sharing a message from horse spirit animal, who wanted to reach out.
Horse is an immensely powerful guide who has journeyed closely with humanity for tens of thousands of years.
It’s often said that civilization as we know it, would not exist if it hadn’t been for horses! This is very true.
Think about before cars and agricultural machines existed – horses were our friends, our transportation and our co-explorers of the world. (And, warriors alongside humans, whether or not they wanted to).

Awakening Physically
One of the most important messages horse wishes to share with us is to center into our physical selves once more.
We humans sit around on our phones and computers and in front of our TVs so much that we have forgotten the joys of physical expression.
We have forgotten our physical power.
Because no matter how small we may feel, we are powerful and this is a time you are being asked to awaken to it.
Awaken to your power by using your body and allowing your energy to fully flow through it. It will positively impact every single area of your life.
Often, energy gets stuck because we are not active enough physically. When horse shows up on your journey, you are invited and called to reclaim the joys of physical movement, fun and power.
“The Gentle Giant”
People who are close to horses are often stunned at how kind they are, how caring, even if they have been hurt by humans.
Horse spirit animal is also like this – they truly care about you. Especially your innocent inner self.
Horse is particularly invested in healing and helping the inner child, and they see this part of us more than we do ourselves.

Did You Forget This?
Today, Horse is sharing with us that we humans have forgotten our true strength. Our minds are overpowering our body’s wisdom, and our souls.
So many of us have forgotten who we really are, and especially how powerful we are.
When horse spirit animal shows up on your path, he or she is wanting to awaken you to your strength, and your freedom.
If You Have Felt Trapped By Circumstances…
If you have felt trapped by life’s circumstances, or have felt that you are not capable of living the life you wish – if you have felt constrained or powerless…
Horse is there to show you how capable and strong you are!
To do this, he or she will especially work with you to get you in touch with your body’s own wisdom and power once more.
Horse says, no one can ever truly take your freedom away.

Self Forgiveness…
They know that you may feel that you have let yourself down, in some way, if you have given up on what you want deep down – on who you really ARE.
They understand, and they are supportive. We have all been in situations where we have not been our true light-filled self, they are saying. Sometimes, in order to survive.
But shame or criticism will only damage us further.
Self forgiveness is important, in order to move forward, says horse.

Perceived Limitations
It’s never too late, but if you are focusing on criticising yourself or focusing on all the seeming reasons why something isn’t logically possible, you only make it harder.
Forgive yourself. Release the perceived limitations around you.
You will be surprised at what happens when you start to look for the freedom and the possibilities, over perceived constraints.
Maybe a block is in front of you – but could you jump over it? Could you go around?
There are more options than you probably realize.

Imperfect Perfection
It’s OK to be both perfect and a work in progress.
Don’t let human society get to you with its ideas of what you must do or should or shouldn’t be like.
So many humans are torturing themselves by looking at themselves with eyes of judgment, says horse.
When horse is near you, you will FEEL how they look at you with eyes of love.
They feel your heart. They can see your inner child.
You will notice that in physical life, horse instantly knows who is a kind soul, versus who mistreats others. They can feel your hurt, and they can also feel when you need protection and uplifting.
In spiritual terms, horse is also a wise and powerful encouraging presence.

The Gentle Healer
Horse is an expert healer. They possess heart wisdom, with immense power yet gentleness.
You will notice that being near a horse who is relaxed will shift your own energy immensely.
Horse already works physically with humans with disabilities, children with autism and more. They are known as the healers of the Universe.
Therefore, if you have been struggling with health issues or similar, horse will likely show up as a spiritual guide for you to help you with this and above all to re-activate your divine blueprint of health.
He or she will remind you of your strength, and that you can overcome anything that has been holding you back.

Imperfect Perfection
Horse is also emotionally wise and attuned to what goes beyond the logical mind.
Horse doesn’t get fooled by surfaces: Is your body trying to tell the truth about someone or something?
If there have been physical body issues, try to interpret what it might be saying.
Have you been noticing getting a headache whenever you speak to someone who complains a lot?
Have you been feeling extra tired the day after being around a certain person?
Emotional X-Ray Senses
Your body is an energy expert.
It knows the truth about everything. However, it can only do what you command it to with your unconscious patterns and your habits.
Have you been listening to its deeper messages?
Tune in, feel into where in your body there might be tension – it is trying to speak to you, to help you.

Your Personal Purpose
Horse also brings messages of following your own personal path and freedom. We are all here with a purpose and a soul identity.
As horse says, “If you were born to run, run”.
“So, were you born to sing? Play an instrument? Create things or innovate objects? Feel into your inner desire, especially what your body wishes to express.
Get back in touch with your power and your eternal inner freedom.
Run. Express yourself. Be proud of who you are.
