Growing up, I had never heard of the chakra system or done any energy work whatsoever, so it was like turning on the light in a (very) dark and dusty room.
Once this energy center was awakened and active in my life, so much began to change in positive and often extremely mysterious and mystical ways.

The “History” Around The Third Eye
Your third eye, located between your eyebrows, is the seat of your intuition and inner vision.
It’s a spiritual center known as the Ajna chakra or brow chakra, linked to your ability to perceive beyond the physical world.
In ancient cultures like Egypt, India, and Tibet, the third eye was seen as the “Eye of Wisdom” or the “Eye of Horus,” representing a connection to divine knowledge and the deeper truths of existence.

The Pineal Gland
Throughout history, mystics, seers, and spiritual seekers have worked with the third eye to access higher states of consciousness and receive guidance from the universe.
The third eye is often associated with its physical aspect, the pineal gland – a tiny, pinecone-shaped gland in your brain.
