OK I admit it, I’m a little crystal obsessed.

My house has been full of crystals for years, and I take them with me travelling, have them in my handbag, in my car, in my pockets… (I’m literally wearing a blue tiger’s eye bracelet as I write this).

So what are they REALLY?

Crystals and gemstones are, in short, objects that vibrate at a much higher frequency than our physical bodies and other objects.

Therefore they are POWERFUL in supporting us in lifting higher on our spiritual journey!

Whereas we live in a world full of toxins, fears, worry, emotions and other potential negativity, crystals and gemstones are miraculously pure.

Most of them have been untouched in the depths of nature for millennia. 

And, on a consciousness level, they all have a specific vibration and non-physical realm of “expertise” that can help us in various ways. Do NOT mistake their often small size for how impactful their presence is!

A tiny emerald can have an amazingly powerful effect and an energy field that extends far beyond it, especially on the energy planes.

Powerful Spiritual Awakening Supporters And Guides

When we are in spiritual awakening, crystals and gemstones are immensely helpful guides and supporters. Even later on as we shift into higher levels and evolve our understanding.

So today, I’ve created a list for you of 7 gemstones and crystals for spiritual awakening. You may have some of these already, but if you don’t, my favourite place for crystal sprees is Conscious Items.

Amethyst is also a great stone for discernment, and it is known to help identify and dispel illusions and lies.

Amethyst is a wonderful stone for helping you stay focused, especially on your soul path and what is truly important to you long term. It may gently yet clearly alert you to distractions and people who are not beneficial for you.
